This achievement is part of a broader strategy that recently led us to obtain the AWS Generative AI Competency<\/a>, a recognition awarded to only a few companies in Italy, certifying our ability to design, develop, and deploy advanced Generative AI solutions.<\/p>\n\n

A milestone that contributed to the success we achieved during the Summit and now opens new opportunities for growth and innovation with our clients.<\/p>\n\n

Omnys at AWS Summit 2025: the numbers from this editionA case study of ours was presented at the Partner Summit as a concrete example of GenAI already in production\u2014an important recognition that brought Omnys into the spotlight as one of the key players of the event. <\/p>\n\n

The talk by Stefano Campese, AI Team Leader at Omnys, was a full house, generating great interest among attendees and creating new opportunities for connections and collaboration.<\/p>\n\n

Nearly 500 qualified visitors stopped by our booth to learn how to bring Generative AI into their companies, while our readiness quiz generated over 60 highly qualified leads interested in a free assessment workshop.Our giveaway was also one of the most requested, boosting brand visibility and booth engagement.<\/p>\n\n

A particularly meaningful moment was the visit to our booth by Benjamin de Waal (Head of EMEA Field Partner Marketing \u2013 AWS) and Shawn Burns (Head of Marketing, France and Southern Europe \u2013 AWS), who acknowledged the value of our work and the results achieved, confirming the quality of Omnys\u2019 approach to enterprise GenAI adoption.<\/p>\n\n

Lastly, the warmth, support, and respect from all the AWS team members we work with made this experience even more special.<\/p>\n\n

Optimizing Business Processes with Generative AI: The AMF CaseThe talk, presented by Stefano Campese (AI Team Leader), showcased the AMF case study, a leading company in the production of accessories for the fashion industry, specializing in metal and non-metal components for clothing, footwear, and leather goods for major international brands.The goal was ambitious: to create an intelligent tool capable of: <\/p>\n\n

– Accessing data from various sources (document-based knowledge bases, databases, ERP systems, etc.);– Monitoring in real-time the status of products and projects throughout their lifecycle;– Optimizing productivity and reducing management times through greater operational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n

The synergy between prompt engineering and generative AI tools allowed us to develop intelligent assistants that significantly improve business productivity. For AMF Group, we created a multi-agent chatbot based on Amazon Bedrock, designed to interact seamlessly with databases, document knowledge bases, and business applications\u2014helping to streamline operations and enhance internal process efficiency. Omnyscient: the foundation of the projectOur answer to this challenge was Omnyscient<\/a>, our Generative AI platform built on Amazon Bedrock, equipped with short-term, long-term, and document memory. It can profile the user and adapt to their context and emotional state.<\/p>\n\n

In addition, Omnyscient includes a series of tools it can use autonomously to meet user needs. Thanks to specially designed prompts, the platform is able to reason, break down complex tasks, plan actions, and provide precise, context-aware responses.<\/p>\n\n
